BEARS' LAIR DREAM CAMPS
Bears’ Lair Dream Camps are three-day entrepreneurship programs delivered directly in Indigenous Nations and communities across Canada. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and business challenges, youth ages 11 to 18 learn how to build a business idea, work as a team, and develop leadership, confidence, financial literacy, and real entrepreneurial thinking in a supportive environment.
Sunspear is proud to support Bears’ Lair Dream Camps as they empower youth in their own communities. By bringing learning opportunities directly to Nations, the camps build skills, inspire innovation, and help strengthen local capacity — values that align with Sunspear’s commitment to community-focused impact and long-term opportunity.

GIVING BACK TO COMMUNITY

BEARS' LAIR TV
Bears’ Lair TV is a national Indigenous entrepreneurship competition that showcases First Nations, Métis, and Inuit innovators from across Canada. Entrepreneurs pitch their businesses to a panel of Indigenous judges for mentorship, investment opportunities, and a chance to win the $100,000 grand prize. The show provides visibility, business coaching, and real pathways to growth while celebrating culture, community, and Indigenous-led success.
