We prioritize hiring from partnered Indigenous communities and build workforce development directly into project execution. Our team works with contractors and suppliers to embed hiring targets, apprenticeship pathways, mentorship expectations, and wage standards into contracts and procurement. By connecting community members to paid fieldwork and trade experience, we support economic growth, build long-term capacity, and ensure projects reflect community values and needs long after energization.
Our inclusion requirements are written into subcontractor and supplier agreements, so results are trackable and hiring happens locally throughout construction.
We also align contractors with community priorities, support apprenticeship placements, and help build a skilled workforce that can maintain and operate systems for years to come.
